We warmly welcome you to be part of our journey into the 2025 harvest with Duncan Peak and Ektimo Vineyards!
The celebration begins on Friday, October 3rd, with a Harvest & Mid-Autumn Festival Celebration – Street Food, Wine & Bonfire RV Night—an evening of authentic Chinese street food prepared by our private chef, paired with handcrafted wines, and shared around a glowing bonfire under the stars. Guests are invited to bring their RVs and stay overnight on-site, making it easy to roll right into the next day’s festivities.
On Saturday, October 4th, as we officially move into the heart of harvest season, you’ll experience a day in the life of the vineyard and cellar. The afternoon begins with a guided tour led by the proprietor, taking you through the vines and into the cellar to see the harvest process up close. You’ll have the chance to take part in a hands-on punch down and taste wines at different stages—straight from fermentation tanks and barrels.
As evening falls, the celebration continues with a five-course Winemaker’s Dinner in the cellar. A guest chef will present a special menu blending Chinese and Spanish flavors, paired with wines from Duncan Peak Vineyards and Ektimo Vineyards.
This is a rare opportunity to witness harvest in action, share an intimate dinner in the cellar, and raise a glass to the 2025 vintage together—all while enjoying the harvest weekend as a complete experience.
Friday October 3rd, 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM | Street Food, Wine & Bonfire RV Night
Celebrate harvest season and the Mid-Autumn Festival with authentic Chinese street food, handcrafted wines, and a bonfire under the stars. Bring your RV and stay the night—complimentary parking available (limited, reservations required).
Saturday October 4th, 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM | Cellar & Vineyard Tour with Barrel Tasting
Join the proprietor for a walk through the vineyard and cellar during harvest. You’ll see the vineyard blocks up close and hear about the seasonal work that goes into caring for the vines. In the cellar, take part in a hands-on punch down, one of the daily tasks during fermentation.
We’ll taste wines in different stages—some still fermenting, others aging in barrel—so you can get a clear sense of how the wines develop before bottling. It’s a chance to experience the harvest process directly and ask questions along the way.
Saturday October 4th, 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM | Winemaker’s Dinner
After the day’s harvest activities, sit down in the cellar with the proprietor for an intimate five-course dinner. The evening features a visiting chef who has flown in from abroad to prepare a special menu blending Chinese and Spanish dishes.
Each course will be paired with wines from Duncan Peak Vineyards and Ektimo Vineyards, including current releases as well as a few special selections not often poured. As you enjoy the food and wine together, the proprietor will share stories about the vineyards, the harvest you just experienced, and the craft behind each bottle.
Guests may choose to attend the Street Food, Wine & Bonfire RV Night, the Cellar & Vineyard Tour with Barrel Tasting, or the Winemaker’s Dinner as stand-alone experiences. For those who wish to enjoy the full harvest celebration, all three events can be combined into one unforgettable package at a discounted rate.
