About the Garden Program: Growing Healthy Kids Garden Class made has just entered its 3rd year at Valhalla Elementary! In garden class, students at all grade levels have the opportunity to study and connect with the nature. Growing Healthy Kids proven curriculum turns the world into a safe learning environment where students can taste new foods, observe new phenomena, and get their hands dirty. To make this possible, Growing Healthy Kids has been grateful to work with families, school staff, organization partners, and community members to build and beautify the Valhalla Elementary Edible Garden!

You should Bring: Bring shovels, buckets, and wheelbarrows if you have them. Wear closed-toed shoes. For your comfort, bring water bottles, garden gloves, sunscreen, and shoes that can get dirty.
