By posting, you grant GrapesList a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with providing the service. 7. Fees and Payments

Fees for paid listings or premium features must be paid in full before publication. Payments are processed through third-party providers. We do not store payment card details. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable. Refunds may be issued at our discretion in limited circumstances. We may change pricing at any time; new fees apply to new listings or services.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use GrapesList for unlawful purposes.
• Post false, fraudulent, or misleading content.
• Infringe on intellectual property rights.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others.
• Use automated means to scrape or disrupt the Website.

9. Moderation and Removal

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause. You may terminate your account at any time by ceasing use of the Website and deleting your account. Certain provisions, including ownership, indemnification, and limitation of liability, survive termination.

GrapesList provides the Website “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the accuracy of user-generated listings. We are not responsible for disputes, transactions, or agreements between users.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrapesList is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website. Our maximum liability to you will not exceed the greater of the fees you paid to us in the past three months or one hundred dollars (USD $100).
